As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end design and management of product portfolios.

The Product Chapter is responsible for delivering customer-focused outcomes through risk optimisation and product fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Turn Strategy into Reality: Plan and manage initiatives across the organisation to deliver on customer and business outcomes.
  • Implement and lead projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered in a timely and effective manner for customers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and relevant policies while delivering for customer needs.
  • Manage and monitor change to continuously improve the product offering and processes to facilitate the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in banking or financial services with proven experience in end-to-end product management, business analysis, risk management or project delivery, with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to think analytically and use data to develop insights, make decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to manage competing priorities.
