Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing second-level technical support to our customers and working closely with our solution managers and applications specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth technical assistance to customers and internal teams
  • Contribute to the product management of our Genomic Sequencing portfolio, including instruments and associated reagents
  • Develop and maintain product training tools for our defined portfolio
  • Collaborate with quality and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with local and global standards
