Product Portfolio Development Manager

The Product Portfolio Development Manager will lead the development of product portfolios and strategies for the Australian and New Zealand markets. This role will be based in Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evolve product portfolios to align with sales strategies
  • Be a product expert capable of showcasing and demonstrating product features and benefits internally and externally
  • Lead new product development processes with global HQ teams, influencing product configurations, colours, pricing, and regulatory environments
  • Collaborate with commercial teams and sales strategy teams to manage existing SKU performance and recommend range additions or deletions
  • Identify market white spaces for product innovation
  • Work closely with product development teams at global HQ and supply teams to ensure new products meet ANZ consumer and market needs
  • Provide key input to marketing communication teams to develop effective communications across touch points
  • Participate in consumer insights and research studies to ensure products address key consumer needs
  • Manage workflow and development of product associates

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in consumer product marketing, product development, innovation, and implementation
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and navigate grey areas
  • Strong collaboration, project management, and influencing skills
  • Nimble, agile, and resourceful; turning challenges into opportunities
  • Deep understanding of the ANZ consumer, home, and market
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in drawing insights from multiple data sources
  • Experience in Home Electronic Appliances (strongly preferred)
