Product Portfolio Manager Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Brand Manager to oversee the success of our product portfolio.

About You:

To excel in this position, you will have proven experience in brand management within the FMCG health or pharmaceutical sector, preferably in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Business Strategies: Conduct market analysis to understand consumer trends and needs. Develop brand positioning and strategies for future growth. Identify and plan innovation pipelines in conjunction with the innovation team. Set pricing and channel strategy in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Execute Marketing Plans: Implement best-in-class communication plans aligned with brand objectives. Develop advertising and promotional programs targeted at consumers, shoppers, and trade partners. Regularly measure achievement of KPIs and ROI throughout the planning period.
  • Manage Brand Operational Activities: Lead product and packaging projects. Manage approval of promotional materials and track product performance. Review brand financial health and individual SKU profitability. Manage advertising and promotion spend in line with agreed budget. Provide supporting materials for trade shows and congresses.
