Job Description

As a Senior Case Manager, you will work with participants who have complex and multiple needs. Your primary role is to provide information and advice to court users and stakeholders about programs and supports available through the Courts Innovation Program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a case load of participants with complex needs in line with program and organisational standards.
  • Assessing the risk and needs of participants and developing case management plans.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including government and non-government organisations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Knowledge of the Courts Innovation Program and its services.
  • Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by participants.
