Job Title:

Fundraising, Partnership And Campaign Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, advice, and support to corporate partners and fundraisers to ensure successful delivery of all fundraising activities.
  • Manage day-to-day functions and administration associated with external fundraising projects and activities.
  • Support the execution of owned and fundraiser events.
  • Coordinate requirements of fundraisers, partners, and suppliers to ensure successful delivery of all fundraising activities.
  • Ensure efficient and professional stakeholder liaison and engagement with fundraisers, community groups, partners, suppliers, and volunteer groups.
  • Update CRM and maintain accurate records and reports on all fundraisers and fundraising results.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Media, or Event Management desired.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, media, fundraising, account management, event management, administration, sales, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Advanced user of Google Suite and MS Office.
  • Experience and knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Asana, Canva, and Funraisin desirable.
