Parish Fundraising Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Parish Fundraising Specialist.

As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with parishes and community groups to grow our profile and secure donations. You will have a strong understanding of donor lifecycle management, particularly in the context of parishes, and will be able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to engage donors and increase lifetime value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage parishes and community groups;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including parish leaders and community representatives;
  • Managing acquisition through to retention, focusing on parish acquisition and conversion;
  • Developing and coordinating donor-related activities, such as engagement communications and digital marketing assets.

You will also have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with experience in donor lifecycle management and fundraising strategies.
