Job Overview:

The Digital Fundraising Coordinator role is a key position in our organization, responsible for driving digital fundraising growth and coordinating multi-channel appeals.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and help us achieve our fundraising goals.

  • This includes developing and implementing digital fundraising strategies to grow our supporter base and increase income while providing a great supporter experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

Digital Fundraising Strategies

• Developing and implementing digital fundraising campaigns to drive growth and engagement.

• Leading generation and donor acquisition efforts to expand our supporter base.

• Preparing campaign briefs, data briefs, and production schedules to ensure effective delivery of direct and digital fundraising campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate/Diploma in Fundraising or relevant tertiary qualifications such as digital marketing, fundraising, or media.
  • A minimum of two years' experience working in digital fundraising with a track record of achieving performance targets.
  • Experience providing campaign updates, monitoring, optimising and evaluating performance.
