Enterprise System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration, configuration, and monitoring of the ERP system to ensure its optimal performance.
  • Apply patches, upgrades, and fixes to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Maintain system performance, security, and compliance, including user access and audit controls.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related incidents and issues.
  • Work with vendors and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of database management, application patching, upgrades, and system monitoring.
  • Experience with cloud environments, particularly SaaS-based ERP solutions.
  • Solid understanding of integration platforms, system security, and user access management.
