Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration, configuration, and monitoring of the ERP system to ensure its optimal performance.
- Apply patches, upgrades, and fixes to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain system performance, security, and compliance, including user access and audit controls.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related incidents and issues.
- Work with vendors and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and improvements.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in ERP system administration.
- Strong knowledge of database management, application patching, upgrades, and system monitoring.
- Experience with cloud environments, particularly SaaS-based ERP solutions.
- Solid understanding of integration platforms, system security, and user access management.
