ERP Systems Administration Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ERP systems administrator to support the administration, configuration and monitoring of our enterprise resource planning system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and optimize the ERP system ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manage user access and audit controls ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Apply patches, upgrades and fixes as required.
  • Maintain system performance and security.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related incidents and issues.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP system administration preferably with Civica Authority or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of database management and application patching.
  • Experience with cloud environments particularly SaaS-based ERP solutions.
  • Solid understanding of integration platforms and system security.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
