As an Aged Care Recruitment Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing new business opportunities, identifying top talent, nurturing client relationships, and shaping innovative recruitment strategies for permanent roles in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Identify and engage with top talent in the aged care industry
  • Nurture and develop strong client relationships to drive new business opportunities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to shape innovative recruitment solutions

Requirements:
