The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team, focusing on building and managing a casual aged care workforce across our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and support a pool of casual aged care staff
  • Develop strong relationships with aged care providers to meet fluctuating workforce needs
  • Coordinate shift bookings, availability, and rostering of staff
  • Promote AustCorp's casual staffing solutions to new and existing clients
  • Candidate attraction and pipeline management to ensure consistent availability of staff
  • Deliver outstanding service to both clients and casual employees

Requirements:

  • Previous experience recruiting within healthcare, nursing or aged care is highly desirable
  • Strong ability to attract, engage and retain casual workers
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Organised, responsive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Driven, enthusiastic and passionate about making a positive difference in aged care
