Job Title:
Aged Care Workforce Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Aged Care Workforce Specialist. This role will involve building and managing a pool of casual aged care staff, developing strong relationships with aged care providers, coordinating shift bookings and rostering of staff, promoting our staffing solutions to new and existing clients, candidate attraction and pipeline management, and delivering outstanding service to both clients and casual employees.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in recruiting within healthcare, nursing or aged care is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to attract, engage and retain casual workers.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Organised, responsive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven, enthusiastic and passionate about making a positive difference in aged care.
