We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced recruitment professional to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the aged care sector, building and managing a pool of casual staff to meet fluctuating workforce needs.

  • This role involves developing strong relationships with aged care providers, coordinating shift bookings and rostering of staff, and promoting our staffing solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Candidate attraction and pipeline management are also key aspects of this role, ensuring consistent availability of staff to meet client demands.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience recruiting within healthcare, nursing or aged care, and possess excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • They will be organized, responsive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for making a positive difference in aged care.
