About the RoleThe Procurement Coordinator will provide operational support to the Group Procurement function. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining business intelligence reporting, performing financial analysis, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with data analysis to support strategic initiatives, including business intelligence reporting
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives through participation in the source-to-contract process
- Engage with suppliers targeted for prequalification
- Assist with the preparation of procurement-related presentation material
- Ensure relevant documents are collated on procurement-related systems and monitor compliance by projects
- Ensure communication to internal stakeholders is concise, current, and accessible
The ideal candidate will possess sound analytical skills, sound communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Experience in influencing and change management is also desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is viewed favorably, as is a background in procurement.
