About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team at Echo Entertainment Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of new procurement processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our contract management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Procurement Category Managers and Specialists in updating and coordinating supplier risk assessments and subsequent administration in the contract management platform.
  • Assist in the implementation of our new contract management platform, including maintaining the correct mapping of 50 legal templates.
  • Administer supplier-related KPIs, including loading KPIs for key suppliers in the system and ensuring performance issues are recorded and followed up on in conjunction with operations.
  • Input and maintain all contracted supplier contract details to ensure an accurate communications database.
  • Coordinate and collate supplier surveys related to modern slavery, self-assessed risk statements, Financial Crime & Cyber assessments, etc.

  • Experience working in service industries and fast-paced dynamic workplaces.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Highly motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize work schedules and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to display a sense of urgency, yet possess an eye for detail.
  • Comprehensive skills/knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
