Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Equipment Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical or technical background and be able to work independently in various healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs, servicing and diagnostics on healthcare equipment on-site and in the workshop
  • Carry out scheduled service visits and assess equipment within 48 hours of arrival
  • Complete pre-installation assessments and assemble equipment as required
  • Conduct off-hire rental checks and prepare assessment reports
  • Provide phone-based troubleshooting support for customers and internal teams
  • Deliver basic operational training to caregivers and staff
  • Maintain van stock and spare parts to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Address customer enquiries, complaints or technical issues with professionalism and care
Administrative & Reporting Duties:
  • Prepare and issue accurate and detailed service quotations for customers
  • Complete service notes and records after each job, ensuring all work completed is clearly documented in relevant systems
  • Write professional, comprehensive service reports that outline the fault, repair work conducted, parts used and any further recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records of service history, part usage and customer interactions to ensure full traceability
