As a compassionate and dedicated professional, you will be the first point of contact for many clients, helping them navigate the aged care journey with confidence and clarity.

The role involves providing top-notch service, answering questions, resolving issues, and sharing the many ways we can support their wellbeing.

A day in the life:

  • Provide exemplary client experience by actioning tasks within agreed response timeframes in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients through empathetic, friendly, and patient interactions.
  • Advocate for our services and identify opportunities to recommend these services to clients.
  • Guide clients through their aged care journey, including familiarity with MyAgedCare, funded programs, service options, and eligibility criteria.
  • Maintain high-level telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills to deliver respectful caller engagement.
  • Meet operational requirements and key performance indicators.
  • Assist other teams as required to ensure operational needs are met.

You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will need to be adaptable, resilient, and able to work effectively in a team.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in customer service (think: contact centres, retail, hospitality - all welcome)
  • Well-developed communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • High level of computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Previous experience in the aged and/or community care industry.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound client service environment
