About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated leader to join our Community Mental Health Assessment Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, undertaking client care, and ensuring effective collaboration between health professionals.

  • Undertake the care of clients in CMHAT
  • Ensure effective liaison between all health professionals
