Clinical Services Specialist

As a highly skilled and compassionate professional, the ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical services to patients/clients of the Northern NSW Local Health District.
About the PositionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful contribution to the health and well-being of our community.
- The successful applicant will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients/clients.
- They will also be responsible for developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient/client.
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing specialist counselling and support services to patients/clients.
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided to patients/clients.
- Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient/client.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- A relevant degree in a field such as social work, psychology or counselling.
- Experience working in a mental health setting or similar environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
