Key Account Manager Position

The role of a Key Account Manager involves working closely with senior leaders to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. This includes understanding client needs, providing tailored support and solutions, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and customers.
  • Understand client needs and provide bespoke support and solutions.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to expand services across existing accounts.
  • Respond to day-to-day client queries and help resolve issues promptly.
  • Act as the link between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support account performance tracking, reporting, and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate with senior managers on sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide insights from client conversations to inform business development and marketing activities.

Requirements:

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to grow within account management. They should be proactive, organized, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.

Experience in Account Management (3+ years), Customer Service, Sales Support roles is essential. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills are also required, along with Australian Working rights.
