
Client Relationship Specialist

The role of the Client Relationship Specialist is to manage participant plans, including creation, data entry, and retrieval. This involves administering new and existing clients, fostering relationships, and assisting with submitting claims to the NDIS portal.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan Management: Creating, updating, and retrieving participant plans in accordance with NDIS guidelines
- Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with participants and their families
- Claim Submission: Assisting participants with submitting claims to the NDIS portal
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the NDIS, including the Act, Guidelines, Code of Conduct, price guide, and pricing categories
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
