Overview:
As a Key Client Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client service strategies to meet and exceed client expectations
- Monitor and document client needs, identifying areas for process improvement
- Escalate customer inquiries to the proper party quickly and accurately
- Collaborate with colleagues to document procedural changes and modifications to processes within the client service department
Requirements:
