Job Opportunity

As a Research Analyst, you will play a key role in driving high-impact research and stakeholder engagement. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional insights that enhance the performance and visibility of sustainable and impact funds.

  • Apply advanced analytical frameworks to assess ESG, sustainability, and impact factors for securities including stocks and bonds.

  • Conduct comprehensive research to support the use of positive and negative screening in investment products.

  • Support and participate in thematic research programs, working closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Engage with stakeholders, including issuers and investors, to drive meaningful outcomes and reporting.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to support ESG, sustainability, and impact goals.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.

  • Postgraduate qualifications in environment, sustainability, social policy, or a related field are highly regarded.

  • Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in sustainability or ESG-related issues.

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication abilities, including writing and presentation skills.

  • Proven organisational and information management capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Knowledge of investment markets is preferred.

  • A collaborative mindset and passion for driving positive change.
