Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Equity Research Associate Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will cover ESG issues affecting companies and industries, working closely with senior analysts to maintain an ESG lens over sectors in the Australian market.

Key responsibilities include building relationships with industry participants, conducting research, contributing to reports, analyzing and providing commentary on ESG topics, maintaining databases, and undertaking company analysis.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in equity research, investment management, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility is required.
  • Experience in an ESG-related role is advantageous.
  • Strong numerical and financial modelling skills, familiar with valuation techniques and reviewing financial statements such as balance sheets and P&L statements.
  • Relevant degree, e.g., accounting, finance, economics, or social sciences is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build good relationships.
  • Completed or in the process of completing CA or CFA qualifications is beneficial.
