About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Value Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing personalized health and wellbeing solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized recommendations of health and wellbeing products to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of these products.
  • Develop business and community-based relationships to promote the Bupa brand and products, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Take a customer-first approach, assisting existing customers with day-to-day transactions, ensuring they understand the full value of their health insurance product, and providing solutions to identified concerns or needs.
  • Educate customers on all the benefits they can access, and provide support to help them make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.
