About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Value Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products to customers, showcasing the value and benefits of these products for easy decision making.

You will work within the wider community to develop business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products, and the acquisition of new members. Your primary focus will be on taking a 'customer first' approach, assisting existing Bupa members in their day-to-day transactions, ensuring customers understand the full value of their health insurance product, and providing solutions to any identified concerns or needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products to customers
  • Develop business and community-based relationships to promote the Bupa brand and products
  • Assist existing Bupa members in their day-to-day transactions
  • Ensure customers understand the full value of their health insurance product
  • Provide solutions to any identified concerns or needs
