About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Value Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing personalized health and wellbeing solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized recommendations for health and wellbeing products based on customer needs, highlighting the value and benefits of these products.
  • Develop business and community-based relationships to promote the Bupa brand and products, driving customer growth and acquisition.
  • Take a customer-first approach, assisting existing Bupa members with day-to-day transactions, ensuring they understand the full value of their health insurance product, and providing solutions to identified concerns or needs.
  • Educate members on all the benefits they can access, promoting a deeper understanding of their health insurance product.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to work occasional Saturdays and be available for full-time training for the first 4-6 weeks.
