Role Overview:

As a Senior Retail Sales Associate - Tool Expert at Total Tools, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and product advice in a fast-paced retail environment. With a passion for tools and trades, you will utilise your current skills and experience to drive sales and growth within a dynamic and diverse business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and effectively
  • Provide expert advice and information on products to customers
  • Support customer queries and offer solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain store displays and ensure a well-presented store environment
  • Process and maintain customer orders accurately and timely

Requirements:
  • Previous retail and/or trade experience, with a strong understanding of tools and trades
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable with technology, with strong computer literacy skills
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays
