The Role

We are seeking a senior lawyer to join our internal team at Lawpath Operations Pty Ltd. As a member of our in-house legal team, you will advise SMBs and startups on a wide range of general commercial matters, including:

Providing Expert Legal Advice: Counsel clients on corporate and commercial law matters, such as business formation, shareholder agreements, capital raising, service contracts, intellectual property issues, and more.

Client Engagement: Conduct one-on-one consultations, offer strategic legal advice, and build strong relationships with clients.

Innovative Collaboration: Partner with our marketing and product teams to develop groundbreaking legal products and services that meet the evolving needs of SMBs and startups.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and files simultaneously, and be able to adapt and grow in a dynamic startup environment. You will be supervised and supported by a principal solicitor.
