About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lawyer to join our Property Law team. As a Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling complex property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property developments. You will also be required to draft, review, and negotiate a variety of property-related contracts and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property developments.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of property-related contracts and agreements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with property transactions and developments.
  • Collaborate with developers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders involved in off-the-plan developments to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Senior Associate level (4+ PQE).
  • Experience in real estate transactions and/or leasing, coming from a recognised property law team/firm.
  • Genuine drive to learn, develop and succeed in property law.
