About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial law department, you will be responsible for providing timely, commercially astute, and strategic advice to our clients. Your expertise will be invaluable in handling a wide range of commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, share sales and purchases, shareholder agreements, licensing agreements, loan agreements, and other general commercial work.

About You

• You will have solid experience (5+ years) in handling various commercial matters, with the ability to run commercial files with autonomy.
• You will be a competent and talented lawyer with strong communication and organizational skills, drive, and enthusiasm to take an active role in business development initiatives.
• You will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and other senior lawyers in a team environment.
