Key Account Manager Role

This position is an exciting opportunity to cultivate and grow a robust sales pipeline, consistently surpassing order and revenue targets for assigned key accounts. Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts across departments and develop strategic account plans to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing progress reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through tailored offerings and solutions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience working in the Rail industry, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as STEM, Business, or Commerce.
  • Proven expertise in commercial roles, including product management or direct selling, with a successful growth track record and margin retention.
  • Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
