Our organization is seeking a Risk Governance Professional to play a pivotal role in advising the Chief Risk Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing risk management frameworks that identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all business functions.

This leadership position requires a deep understanding of risk management principles and regulatory compliance requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, law, or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience in risk management or compliance.

The Director, Risk and Compliance will coordinate and prepare risk reports for the risk committee, regional risk committee, and non-financial risk forum. They will ensure that risk information is communicated effectively to stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive change within the organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000) and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to our industry.
