Job Description:

Supporting International Standardization Efforts:

  • Coordinate Australian participation in international standards development, ensuring seamless collaboration between committees and experts.
  • Facilitate and manage national mirror committees' involvement in international balloting, meetings, and Identical Adoptions (IDT).
  • Provide expert support to international technical committees, occasionally requiring attendance at conference calls outside regular hours.

Liaising with Experts and Stakeholders:

  • Establish strong relationships with experts and stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration in high-benefit areas for the Australian community.
  • Monitor and progress IDT project deliverables, adhering to Standards Australia's project management methodology and ensuring timely completion of targets and quality parameters.
  • Maintain accurate plans and information for projects using the organisation's enterprise project management system.

About You:

  • Bring 3+ years of experience in office administration or a related field, preferably with project management methodologies and coordinating consensus outcomes.
