Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an International Standards Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the participation of Australian committees in international standardization activities, including balloting and meetings.
  • Provide technical support to International Technical Committees, including attending conference calls outside regular business hours when required.
  • Liaise with experts to gather input for international projects that benefit the Australian community.
  • Maintain project plans and information in our enterprise project management system, ensuring scope, size, and timelines are met according to our methodology.
  • Become a trusted advisor to stakeholders on our international policies and standards development processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and consensus-building is highly valued.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results.
