About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Representative to join our Central Reservations Team at YHA Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in confidently booking their stay at our properties across Australia.
  • Handle new bookings, amendments, and cancellations with ease.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to enhance guests' stays.
  • Collaborate with your team to resolve queries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and live chat.
