You will play a critical role in driving and leading strategy, relationship management, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing strategies to generate income through major donors, trusts, and foundations. They will also be skilled in prospect research, cultivation, solicitation, acknowledgement, and stewardship of philanthropic donors and prospects.

A strong networker and leader, the successful applicant will inspire and motivate a small team to deliver high performance and champion a culture of philanthropy within the organization.

  • Proven track record of generating revenue through tailored fundraising initiatives.
  • Outstanding networking and relationship development skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and achieve challenging financial targets.
