About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to manage our Service Department.

This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large team, managing day-to-day operations of the Service Department, and ensuring efficient and profitable operation. They will also build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, engage with customers and staff to deliver an outstanding experience, and ensure a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a large team and managing day-to-day operations of the Service Department.
  • Ensuring efficient and profitable operation of the Service Department.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders of the business.
  • Ensuring a safe work environment for the team by maintaining best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a Service Department as an Assistant Manager, Workshop Controller/ Foreman or Service Advisor.
  • Track record of effectively leading a high-performance team, meeting budgets and monthly KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to succeed.
  • Capacity to manage, develop and drive productive teamwork.
  • Australian working rights and driver's licence.
