About the Role:

As a Sales Team Member at Sussan, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences by providing styling advice and recommendations, assisting with stock deliveries and visual merchandising, and collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.

This permanent part-time position involves working a set schedule of days and hours per week, operating on a rotating roster over a fortnight.

The role includes two different positions:

Position 1: Week One & Two - 29.5 Hours

Tuesday: 9am – 5:30pm, Wednesday: 9am – 5:30pm, Thursday: 9am – 5pm, Friday: 9am – 5:30pm

Position 2: Week One - 12 Hours

Monday: 12pm – 3pm, Tuesday: 12pm – 3pm, Thursday: 4:15pm – 7:15pm (Supervisor), Saturday: 11am - 2pm

Week Two - 12 Hours

Sunday: 9:45am - 4:15pm (Supervisor), Monday: 12pm – 3pm, Friday: 12pm – 3pm

This supervisory role involves overseeing the store, managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and performing opening and closing procedures.

Estimated Salary Range: AU$40,000 - AU$55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
