Senior Structural Project Lead

This is a full-time structural engineering position that requires strong focus on professionalism, client delivery, and innovation.
As a key member of our team, you will be delivering quality projects across Australia.
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead design in all aspects of structural engineering including technical design, documentation, and site inspections.
- Key responsibilities include preparing design sketches and details for drafting by technical staff and overseeing the design development and documentation.
- Practice safety in project design and delivery, supported by quality checking and verification activities.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in consulting environment with relevant industry experience.
- Excellent communication and liaison abilities to engage with clients and other engineers.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently within a busy team.
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification is essential. CPEng or Chartered status is highly regarded but not required.
