About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Brisbane Structures team.

This is a pivotal role with significant responsibilities, including managing projects, future work pipeline, interfacing with key clients, conducting business development activities and developing a team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Membership of Institute of Engineers Australia
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer of Queensland
  • At least 15 years experience in structural engineering
  • A strong understanding of Australian design codes and standards
  • Demonstrated experience at a senior level of project design and commercial outcomes for projects
  • Experience in writing tenders and proposals, leading projects and communicating with clients
  • An innovative approach to solutions and designs
  • Ability to critically assess and review designs by others
  • Ability to develop their own team and client base
  • Ability to win work with support from the Structures Team
