Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Development Lead to drive the strategic growth and development of our structural engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading complex projects, managing budgets, and developing business plans. They will also possess strong leadership skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to guide team members in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Develop and implement annual business plans, manage complex projects, and monitor progress to ensure compliance with programs and budgets.
  • Client Management: Manage key client relationships, deliver project outcomes within client specifications, and document contracts, fees, and scopes of work.
  • People Leadership: Lead team dynamics, prepare and implement team development and engagement plans, and guide staff members in clear communication of business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in consulting, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • RPEQ certification.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction, or similar fields.
  • Strong leadership capability and commercial understanding.
