About You
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or call centre environment, with a focus on customer service

  • Excellent organisational and prioritizing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Flexibility and ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Willingness to learn basic repair and maintenance of hearing aids, as well as technical aspects of hearing aid fitting and programming
