Job Summary:

Crommelin Recruitment is seeking a skilled Repair Coordinator to join our team. As a Repair Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering residential building repair work on behalf of major insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls from insurance companies and set up job files on our system.
  • Schedule Assessors and Estimators to attend jobs, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, providing accurate and detailed information.
  • Manage a book of files, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to insured parties, insurance companies, and suppliers, building strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in insurance, construction, property, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and PC skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude, willing to learn and grow with our company.
