Job Title

We're seeking a Learning Specialist to lead the design, development and delivery of engaging blended learning experiences.

  • The Learning Specialist will apply contemporary instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective, accessible and impactful learning solutions.
Role Responsibilities

The role involves designing and developing modules for facilitator-led and eLearning programs, including facilitator guides, participant guides, eLearning modules, assessments and supporting materials.

Key Accountabilities
  • Design and develop eLearning modules and resources for instructor-led delivery.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and L&D teams to ensure content is accurate and relevant.
  • Evaluate learning outcomes and refine solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience as an end-to-end learning specialist on blended learning projects.
  • Strong skills in Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Vyond, Camtasia, and other multimedia tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
