Solventum was formed from a spin-off of 3M Health Care and is updating its Careers Page and applicant documents.ResponsibilitiesAdvise and consult with SMEs to guide the process of learning needs and training solutions, based on adult instructional theory and best practicesContributes to design of new instructional modules and courses and redevelopment of existing instructional modules and coursesImplements modern learning technologies in the course creation processActively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum's values and ethical standardsQualificationsTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND five years of experience with multiple course authoring modalities, including video, HTML5, Camtasia, SCOs such as Articulate and others.Minimum of five years designing and developing eLearning.Additional qualificationsExperience in creating learning simulations for softwareVideo and animation experienceProfessional training in Adult Education, Organisational Learning, Education Technology, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Psychology or related fieldBackground in healthcare helpfulSkills include big-picture thinking, visual and written storytellingInterpersonal skills and judgment to interact effectively with a broad spectrum of people, both individually and in groupsWork locationRemoteTravelUp to 10% travelRelocation assistanceNot authorisedWork authorizationMust be legally authorised to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.Solventum is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in our recruitment process.
