Your opportunity
- With compassion and collaboration, you will:
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify capability gaps and learning objectives- Create clear, role-specific content aligned with the new Aged Care Quality Standards- Design and develop practical tools, microlearning resources, onboarding materials, and facilitator guides- Lead train-the-trainer sessions to empower local leaders in embedding change- Act as a content quality lead, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment across materials

What you'll bring
- You are a clear communicator and skilled instructional designer, passionate about making complex information simple and actionable for diverse audiences.
- You will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in learning design, knowledge management, or a related discipline- 5+ years' experience developing content, training materials or service documentation- Strong skills in interpreting complex frameworks and creating role-relevant tools and guides- Experience working with digital publishing platforms like SharePoint, intranet CMS, and Microsoft 365- Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders effectively
- Ideally, you'll also have:
- Background in aged care, community services, healthcare, or similar fields- Experience developing microlearning or quick-reference materials- Familiarity with human-centred design or adult learning theory
