This role will see you finding new opportunities, ideating on how to improve our training and people capability program and building and delivering transformational change. You will partner with our Branches, Contact Centre and Virtual teams and key stakeholders across, Product, Risk, Compliance and Learning & Development and to develop local solutions and drive this transformation.

As the Instructional Design & Deliver Lead you will be responsible for the design and delivery of training strategies for WPB Channels business. Working with various stakeholders to review, analyse and determine the training needs of our people including the method, approach and designing training programs. Sound technical skills with knowledge of e-learning techniques and developing e-learning material as well as strong and demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of face-to-face learning programmes and instructional design principles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create quality learning experiences to best fit business and stakeholder requirements.
- Develop and customize resources to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Provide guidance and quality oversight for all learning resources created.
- Lead deployment planning and localization of Channels technical learning curriculum.
- Develop innovative and blended learning programs to support the business ensuring a cycle of continuous improvement.
Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience creating learning material for a broad range of audiences across a range of organizational complexity.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strengths in analysis and creativity.
- Sound technical skills and familiarity with current e-learning technologies and proficiency in developing e-learning material.
- The Retail Banking environment is highly regulated, so a good understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
