Job Title: Solution Consultant

At the heart of our organization, we require a skilled Solution Consultant to collaborate with clients in navigating complex GST and e-invoicing processes. This role demands expertise in indirect tax principles and the ability to foster partnerships with Sales teams to drive advocacy for our Indirect Tax product portfolio across Australia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Solution Advocacy: Leverage best-in-class technology to provide solution and product expertise during the sales cycle, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and needs, crafting tailored solutions that meet their expectations and set us apart from competitors.
  • Indirect Tax Specialist: Serve as the go-to expert, leading complex discussions, defining problems, and scoping scalable solutions that address customer needs effectively.
  • New Lead Response: Respond promptly to new leads, working with urgency to progress deals through the sales cycle and drive business growth.
  • Opportunity Development: Collaborate to develop and close new opportunities, meeting and exceeding recurring and outright Gross Sales quotas.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on news and changes in policy, regulations, and activities of major players in the industries, demonstrating domain expertise in client discussions and presentations.
  • Key Retention: Assist in key retention situations, bringing relevant domain expertise to support stakeholders and drive customer satisfaction.
